This notice explains what AGVector ("we") collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers the website and the onboarding form. Documents you later send for KYC are covered by the onboarding agreement and our compliance provider's own terms.
What we collect
Most of the site can be used without telling us anything. We only collect information in these cases:
- When you send the onboarding form: whether you apply as an individual or a company, your name or company name, email address, country, the vault you are interested in, a rough first amount, and any message you add.
- When you go ahead with KYC: identity or company documents, ownership details and the wallet address you will mint and redeem from. These are collected by us or our compliance provider outside this website.
- When you email us: whatever you choose to include.
- When you load a page: your browser sends technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Our hosting and network providers handle this to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and the site does not set cookies.
How we use it
- To decide whether you are eligible to mint and redeem, and to reply to you.
- To carry out KYC, anti-money-laundering and sanctions checks that the law requires of us.
- To keep records we are legally required to keep.
- To run and secure the website.
We do not sell your information or use it for marketing by other companies.
Blockchain data
Vault tokens live on a public blockchain. Wallet addresses and transactions are visible to anyone and cannot be changed or deleted by us. If we know which wallet is yours, that link is kept private, but the transactions themselves stay public.
How long we keep it
Onboarding enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted after a reasonable period unless you ask us to keep them. KYC records are kept for as long as anti-money-laundering rules require, which is usually several years after the relationship ends.
Where it is stored
Our providers may store or process information outside your country. Where we transfer it, we take reasonable steps so that it stays protected to the standard described here.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected]. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it, and we will tell you if that applies. Depending on where you live, you may also be able to complain to a data protection authority.
Security
We limit access to people who need it and use encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, so please do not send identity documents through the onboarding form or by ordinary email unless we ask you to.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top. If a change matters for how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you by email.
